The Samilia Foundation had the honor of being awarded the Democracy and Human Rights Prize by the Parliament of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.

The Parliament wished to: “Pay tribute to the Samilia Foundation for taking an innovative approach to this issue and for adopting a multidisciplinary as well as multidimensional approach. The Samilia Foundation works on the ground to alert potential victims to human trafficking, in all its forms, which targets the most vulnerable populations for exploitation.”
